Submit concerts

Who can submit concerts?
Anyone with an account. Submitted concerts are reviewed by the editorial team and become public after approval.
What information does a concert need?
A title, date and time, venue and at least one performer or ensemble. A programme (list of works) is optional but recommended — choose works from the catalogue or propose new ones.
How do I edit a submitted concert?
UnderAccount → Concerts you can find your submissions. Changes trigger another editorial review.
Private concerts / salons?
Mark the concert as “private”. It appears without an address; interested visitors can use the contact form without your address becoming public.

Ensemble profiles

How do I create an ensemble?
UnderAccount → Ensembles → New. You can add members, a photo, a description and website or social links.
Can several people manage the same ensemble?
Each ensemble currently has one owner — the account that created it. Co-editor access is planned; in the meantime, please contact us.

Venue profiles

Who manages venue profiles?
Venues are curated. If a venue is missing or details are incorrect, use the contact form. Verified venue organisers can manage their own profiles (Account → Venues).

Works catalogue

Where do the works come from?
The catalogue is editorially curated and continually expanded. When submitting a concert, choose existing works or propose a new one with composer, title, key, opus and other details.
Is a work missing or incorrect?
Click “Suggest a work” in the work selector or write to us directly. We review and add the source, ideally an IMSLP link.

Musician board

What can I post on the musician board?
Listings for chamber music projects: players wanted, ensemble vacancies, substitutes, rehearsal spaces, coaching and more. Listings are active for 90 days (maximum 180), with up to 5 active listings per account.
How do I respond to a listing?
Use the contact form on the listing page — your message is relayed by email without displaying your address publicly.
Are listings reviewed?
Yes, each listing receives a brief editorial review for spam and content before publication.

Newsletter & notifications

What does the newsletter include?
Choose your interests when subscribing:Concerts and/or Musician board. When a new concert or listing is published, you receive a short email with a link. No advertising or tracking.
How does confirmation work?
Double opt-in: after subscribing, you receive an email with a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. You are added to the mailing list only after confirmation.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. Alternatively, use theunsubscribe page (with the code from your email).
Do bulk imports trigger emails?
No — concerts created through imports (for example, from venue programmes) are marked asbulk_import and deliberately do not trigger notifications. Only manually approved concerts generate emails.
